Conflicting Schedules.

Good Morning!

I'm aware that it is certainly not morning anymore. I've even had lunch. Even so, I woke up at noon looking like this and I currently still look like this.

Well yesterday brought some less-than-pleasant news. 

Zak's work schedule for the week of April 11:

Mon: 9:40am-6:30pm

Tues: 9:40am-6:30pm

Wed: 9:40am-6:30pm

Thurs: 9:40am-6:30pm

Fri: 9:40am-6:30pm

Sat: OFF

Sun: OFF

Allie's work schedule for the week of April 11:

Mon: 4:00pm-12:00am

Tues: 4:00pm-12:00am

Wed: 4:00pm-12:00am

Thurs: 4:00pm-12:00am

Fri: OFF

Sat: 4:00pm-1:30am

Sun: 3:00pm-10:00pm

Ugh.

If you did the math, you must not envy the 48.5-hour week I am beginning this afternoon. And beyond the obviously unfortunate news that Zak and I will not be seeing much of one another this week, I might also miss Zak's brother-in-law's visit to the city! Unless I can change my schedule around. My fingers are crossed, Pete, and I hope yours are too!

I wish I had the time to write more, but I do have to shower. I don't think Rocco would approve of me showing up to work looking like the above picture. More to update soon.... Matt visited this past weekend!

Already brighter.

Some poor guy is shouting in the hallway from the floor above me.

"Hello? Helloooo? Can you please turn the water back on; I'm taking a shower!"

Thankfully I finished showering only moments ago. Or I may have been the one barefoot and towel-wrapped in the hallways with sudsy hair.

I also had Swedish Fish for breakfast.

Things will go my way today.
